Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture Ltd. is a private company established in 1997. Our primary manufacturing facilities are located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Our factory area covers about 20000㎡ and is staffed by about 500 employees. Our employees include approximately 50 experienced engineering and technical staff, 70 qualified quality control staff, 30 customer development and service staff, with the remainder being production staff. There are two factories, one being for spring manufacture and administration, and the other for metal stamping/punching parts production.
Ocean Springs operate a wide range of modern and sophisticated machines including over 190 wire forming machines and over 60 metal stamping presses. This number continues to grow. Ocean is capable of solving its customers’ toughest problems with innovative and unique solutions. Ocean is capable of facilitating customers’ designs to maximize performance while maintaining cost requirements. Ocean is also highly regarded as a quality manufacturer, with precision testing and inspection equipment. Ocean has already achieved ISO 9001:2000 and QC 080000 IECQ, and all of our products comply with RoHS requirements.
Ocean Springs’ goal is to offer its products and services to customers, to help them design, develop, prototype, and produce wire formed and metal stamped components and assemblies.
