First Public Participation Information Announcement for Environmental Impact Assessment of the Project of Guangdong Haitong Precision Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China (Presidential Decree No. 48 of the People's Republic of China) and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), we hereby issue the first public participation information announcement for the environmental impact assessment of the project of Guangdong Haitong Precision Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.

Construction Content: The project is proposed to be located to the east of the sewage treatment station in Luoding Electroplating Industrial Production Base, engaging in the production of aluminum products and hardware parts. The processes include electroplating, anodizing, hydrocarbon cleaning, aluminum extrusion processing, etc.

This is the first information announcement for the environmental impact assessment. The construction unit shall be responsible for the authenticity of the information released at this stage. Relevant information will be improved or adjusted as the project progresses and the EIA work unfolds.
